Our trainer, Haley was VERY responsive, patient and clear. She immediately identified that some of his behaviors were fear based. As soon as he began to know his place in the pack, he was significantly more calm, relaxed and easier to train. Any time we had a question between sessions, we would text Haley and she responded within a short time. Our classes were productive and enjoyable and she trained US to train him. We now have the tools to handle any situation with our dog. We could not be more happy with the training we received or the life we now thoroughly enjoy with our boy. If you listen to them and do the work, your dog will be happier and better behaved. Thank you Sam Ivy and most especially thank you Haley.
